A to Z Grantwriting will conduct a THOROUGH FUNDER RESEARCH CAMPAIGN and produce a RED HOT RESOURCE BOOK which organizes “targeted- good match” potential funders in a three ring binder. Each “good match” funder included in the binder is researched thoroughly and comes with highlighted application guidelines and a recommendation sheet with funder contact information and a listing of documents, items, and materials required in a complete proposal package. The binder is complete with “due date tabs” to help the organization meet monthly application deadlines. The RED HOT RESOURCE BOOK is topped off with a one-year grantwriting plan to help the organization forecast opportunities and deadlines.
Linda Vallejo will meet with the organization’s leadership, program staff, and finance officer to ASSESS, PLAN and EVALUATE the organization’s plans and efforts. These meetings help the organization to focus their grantwriting efforts on their strongest program efforts, to consolidate materials and documents needed to submit complete proposal packages, and to plan for growth and expansion.
Linda Vallejo will meet with INDIVIDUALS and INDIVIDUAL ARTISTS to asses, plan and evaluate career plans and efforts. These meetings can focus on locating grants for individuals, fellowships and residencies, or on sales, exhibitions, or publication opportunities.
